Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Dayabumi Creative Network (202203302149 (PG0534996-W)), the operator of biolink.my ("biolink.my", "we", "us"), about using biolink.my. By creating an account or a page you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. They're written to be readable, so please read them.

1. The service

biolink.my gives you a public page at biolink.my/@yourname with links, products, forms, analytics and more. Every feature is free: there are no paid plans and we never charge you. We may add, change or remove features, and we'll give you notice before changes that affect you significantly.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country, if higher). If you use biolink.my for a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
  • You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure: you're responsible for what happens on your page.
  • Each account has one page. Don't create accounts to get around a suspension or a removed page.

3. Usernames

  • Usernames are first come, first served, but some are reserved: our own route names, words like "admin" or "support", well-known brand names and offensive words.
  • We may take back or change a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark or misleads visitors.
  • If an account has not been signed in to or used for 12 months, we may close it and delete its page at our discretion, without notice. Its username is then released and anyone can claim and use it.

4. Your content

You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, free licence to host, copy, display and adapt (for example resize or convert images) your content, only so we can run and show your page and its previews. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, apart from backups and records we keep for safety (see the Privacy Policy).

You're responsible for your content, links, products and anything you sell, and you confirm you have the right to post it.

5. Not allowed

You may not use biolink.my for:

  • phishing, scams, fake giveaways, or links that trick people into giving money, passwords or personal details;
  • malware, unwanted software or links to it;
  • illegal goods or services, or anything that breaks the law where you or your visitors are;
  • impersonating a person, brand or organisation, or infringing someone's copyright or trademark;
  • adult or sexual content, or any content that sexualises minors;
  • hate, harassment, threats, or promoting violence or violent extremism;
  • sharing other people's private information without their permission;
  • spam, pages made mainly to manipulate search engines, or attempts to break, overload or get around the limits and security of the service.

6. Link safety checks

To protect visitors, links on pages are checked automatically with Google Safe Browsing when you publish and again regularly afterwards. If a link is flagged as phishing or malware, the page can't be published until you remove it. If a link on a live page is flagged later, the page is hidden automatically until you fix it and request a review.

7. Moderation

Anyone can report a page with the "Report this page" link or our report form. If a page breaks these terms we may hide it (visitors can't see it), remove it, or suspend the account (you can no longer sign in). We may act without notice when visitors are at risk. Every moderation decision is recorded.

8. Asking for a review

  • If your page is hidden or removed, your dashboard shows why, and you can press Request a review to tell us what you changed or why you think we made a mistake.
  • You can have one open request at a time. If we decline a request, you can ask again 24 hours after our decision.
  • We'll either restore your page (publishing your current draft, which must pass the same link checks) or decline the request, and we'll email you either way, with a note where we can.
  • If your account is suspended, you can't sign in to request a review, so email khai@webmaster.my instead.

9. Selling and payments

biolink.my never handles money. WhatsApp ordering opens a chat between your buyer and you, payment links take buyers to the payment provider you chose, and tip-jar QR codes are paid through the buyer's own banking app. Every sale or payment is between you and your buyer; we're not a party to it. You're responsible for describing products honestly, delivering what you sell, refunds, taxes and consumer law.

10. Leads and buyer details

When visitors send you their details through a lead form or WhatsApp, you decide how to use them, so you're responsible for doing that lawfully (for example under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 or your own country's law). Only contact people in the way they agreed to, and don't sell their details. We store lead form entries for you as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Sponsored content

biolink.my is funded by brand partners and sponsors. Your public page shows one small card labelled "Sponsored" at the bottom, above the biolink.my footer. We never place sponsored content between your links, as a pop-up or as a full-screen ad, and we don't use third-party ad scripts. You can't remove the card, and you don't earn from it.

12. Other services

Pages can link to or embed other services (such as YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, WhatsApp and payment providers). Their own terms apply, and we're not responsible for them.

13. Disclaimers

biolink.my is a free service, provided "as is" and "as available", and you use it at your own risk. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or secure, that your page, data or uploads won't be lost, or that link checks will catch every bad link. Keep your own copies of anything important (Dashboard → Settings → Export). Content on pages belongs to, and is the responsibility of, the people who post it, not us.

14. Limitation of liability

Because the service is free, to the fullest extent the law allows we accept no liability for any loss or damage of any kind that comes from using, or not being able to use, biolink.my. That includes lost sales, profits, customers, data or reputation; downtime; a page being hidden, removed or deleted; and anything to do with other users' content, products, payments or transactions. Any loss is the responsibility of the account owner.

You agree to cover us for any claim brought against us by someone else because of your page, your content or the way you use the service.

Some laws (for example Malaysia's Consumer Protection Act 1999) don't allow every kind of liability to be excluded. Where that applies, our liability is limited to the minimum the law allows.

15. Ending

  • You can delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings. Export your data first if you want to keep it.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms (see sections 7 and 8), and close accounts that haven't been signed in to or used for 12 months (see section 3).
  • We may change, pause or shut down the service, or any feature, at any time. If we shut it down, we'll try to give notice and a way to export your data first.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email account holders before it takes effect and update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using biolink.my after that, you accept the new terms; if you don't agree, you can delete your account.

17. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia handle any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
